This lab connects a campaign input, a call-outcome webhook and a mock follow-up destination. It stores real local records in SQLite. It does not place calls, send messages or use an LLM.
Import three fictional accounts, with validated balances available before the call.
Submit a promise-to-pay outcome for Demo customer A. Repeating it must not create another follow-up.
Simulate a failed destination, then retry after two seconds. Three failed attempts move a job to dead letter.
The webhook should reject it without updating records or queuing work.
